Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content Categories

You agree never to submit prompts, generate assets, or distribute media created with MagicKite that contains or depicts:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Minor Exploitation: Absolute zero tolerance. Any attempted generation of minors in explicit, suggestive, or abusive scenarios will trigger immediate permanent account termination and automatic reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant legal authorities.
• Non-Consensual Imagery & Deepfakes: Creating sexually explicit, defamatory, or non-consensual depictions or impersonations of real living persons or public figures.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that attacks, denigrates, incites violence against, or promotes hatred toward individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or nationality.
• Self-Harm, Suicide & Violence: Instructions, depictions, or glorification of suicide, self-injury, extreme graphic gore, or violent acts against humans or animals.
• Terrorism & Violent Extremism: Content that praises, recruits for, or promotes terrorist organizations or violent extremist ideologies.
• Illegal Goods & Dangerous Activities: Facilitation of cyberattacks, malware creation, weapons manufacturing, illicit drug distribution, fraud, or financial scams.
• Copyright & Intellectual Property Infringement: Utilizing MagicKite to generate direct counterfeit copies of copyrighted proprietary media or trademarked assets without authorization.

2. System & Platform Integrity

You agree not to engage in any technical abuse of our platform or infrastructure, including:

• Attempting to disable, circumvent, or disrupt platform security mechanisms or rate limits.
• Running automated scraping, mass bot attacks, or denial-of-service attempts against our generation endpoints.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract proprietary code, model weights, or system prompts.
• Reselling or sublicensing API access or credits without an explicit commercial partnership agreement.

3. Policy Enforcement & Compliance

MagicKite strictly enforces acceptable use to maintain a secure and trustworthy environment. For deliberate, repeated, or severe violations of this policy, MagicKite reserves the right to:

• Immediately cancel generation jobs and permanently suspend user accounts.
• Forfeit remaining generation credits without refund.
• Notify appropriate law enforcement agencies in cases of illegal exploitation.
