We collect information necessary to provide you with our generative AI video studio services:

• Account & Authentication Data: When you register on MagicKite, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. Our user authentication system and primary database are securely managed using Supabase.
• Billing & Payment Data: All payments and subscription transactions are processed by our secure payment provider and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com). MagicKite does not collect, receive, or store your credit card numbers or CVV security codes. We receive only non-sensitive transaction confirmation metadata (such as your account email, order ID, plan tier, and payment status) to allocate generation credits to your account.
• Generation Content & Prompts: We store and process the text prompts, storyline inputs, character selections, style choices, and audio configuration you submit to create films, as well as the resulting audio, images, scripts, and video files rendered by our platform.
• Technical & Telemetry Data: We automatically collect standard technical logs including your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and interaction timestamps to prevent fraud, maintain system stability, and diagnose technical errors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

• To provide, operate, maintain, and deliver the MagicKite video generation studio.
• To allocate and manage your generation credit balance based on your active plan or purchases.
• To provide responsive customer support and process refund or cancellation requests submitted to [email protected].
• To protect against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity on our platform.

3. Third-Party Service Providers (Sub-Processors)

We collaborate with trusted infrastructure and service providers to operate our platform:

• Supabase: Cloud database infrastructure and secure user authentication management.
• Lemon Squeezy: Payment provider and Merchant of Record handling secure checkout, billing subscriptions, and payment processing.
• Mux: Video streaming infrastructure, thumbnail delivery, and asset hosting.
• GPU Compute Infrastructure: Secure cloud GPU servers used strictly to execute video, voice synthesis, and scene animation rendering pipelines.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers, third-party advertisers, or marketing agencies.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

MagicKite uses essential session cookies and local storage tokens to keep you securely signed in, authenticate your API requests, and preserve your studio workflow settings. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

You may configure your browser to reject cookies, but certain features (such as staying signed in to your dashboard) will not function properly without essential authentication tokens.

5. Data Security & Retention

We employ administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal data, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and encrypted databases at rest.

We retain your account profile, prompt history, and generated film files as long as your account is active so you can stream and download your videos.

Data Deletion Requests: You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated video projects, prompts, and personal data. To initiate an account erasure, please email us at [email protected]. We will process your deletion request within thirty (30) days.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have statutory privacy rights under applicable regulations (such as GDPR or CCPA), including:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
• The right to request rectification of inaccurate data.
• The right to request the erasure of your personal data.
• The right to export and receive your data in a portable format.
